Position Overview:
As a Dot Net Developer at Vanilla Tech, you will be an integral part of our software development team, responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating project requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients’ needs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with expertise in .NET technologies and a passion for delivering innovative and efficient software solutions.
Job Specification:
Educational Level: Bachelors
Experience Required: 3 years and above
Other Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Sound knowledge of OOP’s concept and design patterns
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
- Must have ample knowledge of front-end development (especially Vue, Angular…)
- Able to design, develop, and upgrade relational and non-relational databases ( Microsoft SQL server, MongoDB)
- Must be able to develop and execute unit test cases
Job Description
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and code.
- Develop, test, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and other relevant technologies.
- Identify and resolve software issues, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of applications.
- Participate actively in code reviews to maintain and enhance code quality while sharing knowledge with fellow team members.
- Implement industry best practices in software development, including the application of design patterns and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in .NET development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives.
- Contribute throughout the entire software development life cycle, from initial concept and design to rigorous testing and final deployment.
- Continuously optimize and enhance existing systems and applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- To assist software personnel in handling project-related work and other requirements.
