Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world problems. This role will be crucial to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI products. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into our products and services.
Job Specification:
Educational Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience Required: 2 years and above

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), and model evaluation metrics.
• Proficiency in writing robust code in Python, Java, and/or R, including libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, and TensorFlow
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (CI/CD, MLFlow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge in fintech products and AI solutions
• Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
• Knowledge of computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, Detectron2, YOLO).
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or distributed ML frameworks.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning or generative models (GANs, VAEs).
• Publications or contributions to open-source ML/AI projects.
Job Description:
• Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, or time-series tasks.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize models using structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and deploy ML models into production environments (using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, SageMaker, etc.).
• Perform machine learning tests and statistical analysis in order to fine-tune the machine learning systems
