With a company leadership belief that employee’s will give their best performance when there’s a balance between work and play, the human capital of Vanilla Tech and its parent company Merchantrade Asia organized a Team Building event for its human resources from 9th to 11th December, 201 8 with a total of 24 attendants from both team Nepal and team Malaysia at the Last Resort, Bhotekoshi where employees were put through a series of activities with key takeaways of importance of team work, leadership and communication.
